The kitchen is the heart of every home because it is the area wherein we spend our time not just to prepare foods but as well as to have a memorable bonding with our family and friends. · Gather cleaners and supplies – You must collect first your cleaning supplies such as vinegar or ammonia, glass cleaner, kitchen cleanser, dishwashing liquid, baking soda, lemon oil polish, oil soap. And don’t forget to gather some mop, broom, vacuum, bucket, rags or used clothes.
· Remove non-kitchen items – It is the primary cause why clutter starts to progress in the kitchen. Some of the items that you need to remove from your kitchen are magazines, newspapers, letters and other items that you may not need. Additionally, if you have some cookware that you don’t need, you may put them on storage away from the kitchen or give them away.
· Clean the stove or oven – Stove and oven are some of the most prone fixtures in the kitchen to collect dirt and grime due to everyday cooking. In order for you to save time cleaning, you need to clean them each after you are cooking. Allowing the drips and stain to stay in there can make your cleaning more difficult. So always clean them by using clean, soft and dampen cloth soaked lightly into mild detergent, bleach or dishwashing liquid.
· Organize kitchen items – Organizing the kitchen utensils and items are ideal way to eliminate clutter in the kitchen. It means you need to put things in order to avoid losing kitchen items that you need. The countertop and cabinets should be cleaned and organized all the time.
· Start cleaning – As you already collected the items that you need for cleaning, you may scrub the kitchen countertop and sink to make sure that they are clean and shiny. Don’t forget to clean the floor of course because as you clean the kitchen the dirt, dust and splatter may be present.
